	Island of the Ra A small island in the middle of nowhere that has a tendency to disappear, and then reappear elsewhere. It is also the place where a settlement of burrowing owls, and other select owls, chose to remain. Amun Desert

Bright waves of reddish-orange sands blanket the land outside of Menes, it is a very try, very sandy place to try and travel, and most die within a week from not being able to recover from heat stroke. But the very small inhabitants of the desert are generally burrowers, who move from one place to another. You would be extremely lucky to come across one of these loner clans in the sea of sand.
