The Black Forest

Although the leaves are green, the forest has a black hue to it. No sunshine shines through to warm the ground, which makes the forest floor look dead, but the leaves on the trees are just as green as ever, the translucent green that filters through gives off the effect of sunlight without the rays shining through the trees. Night time in the Black forest is blacker than black, even in the winter.
